Terms of Service for Celer Athletics LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Celer Athletics website (https://www.celerathletics.com) or using the Celer Athletics mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Tiers: We offer both free and paid subscription plans (e.g., “Pro Athlete”).
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis ($14.99/mo) unless otherwise stated.
Free Trials: If a 7-day free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the first month.
Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

3. Use License & Intellectual Property

App Ownership: All code, neo-retro arcade designs, pixel art rewards, and velocity-based training algorithms are the exclusive property of Celer Athletics LLC.
Usage Restrictions: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the App. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

4. Health and Safety Warning

Physical Activity: Velocity-Based Training (VBT) and weightlifting are strenuous activities.
Consultation: You should consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.
Assumption of Risk: You use Celer Athletics at your own risk. Celer Athletics LLC is not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience as a result of using our training protocols.

5. User Conduct and Leaderboards

Fair Play: You agree not to manipulate or “spoof” Apple Watch data to gain an unfair advantage on public leaderboards.
Termination: Celer Athletics LLC reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Celer Athletics LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Celer Athletics’ website or App.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Celer Athletics LLC is registered, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
